By accessing or using AQEM AI (available at aqemai.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AQEM AI provides an Artificial Intelligence platform for generating images and videos based on user-provided text prompts. Services are accessed through the purchase of "Credits."

3. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are the currency of the AQEM platform and have no cash value.
  • All payments are processed securely through our partners, Chapa (Local) and Paddle (International).
  • Credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is strict due to the high costs of AI computation:

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if no credits have been used.
  • Once a single credit is used to generate content, the transaction becomes non-refundable.
  • Technical errors resulting in lost credits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Content Ownership and Usage

Users on paid plans (Basic, Pro, Ultra) are granted a full commercial license for the content they generate. You own the output, provided it does not violate our Prohibited Content guidelines.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not use AQEM AI to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
